Charmed Cat has started the year extremly well scoring a 216 and 216.5 in the first 2 go rounds at Abilene, Charm made the finals and managed to bring home a cheque, her next show will be Bonaza Futurity in 2 weeks time!

Dakota Zulu Kissah had a great start to the show season winning Am Showmanship, Am Western Pleasure and Am Horsemanship. Not a bad start for a horse that has only been in work 2weeks after having over 6months off!! Her next show is in March.

We hope everyone had a very Merry Xmas and we wish you all a Happy New Year.

We finally got our One Time Pepto - "Roany" was born 12/12/11. He is everything we could have hoped for. We have huge plans for his future.

Daisy (Vitalsignsrblazing imp) recip is bagging up, we are so excited to see what we get from Radical Rodder (is), Radical is a consistant sire of AQHA World Champions, he is also the sire of Australia's leading WP sire HF Somethin Hot (imp), this resulting foal will be closely related to HF with Hallie's sire being HF's half brother (same dam). Hallie has had a busy season having successfully gaining embryos to One Hot Krymsun (IS) and Smoochin (imp). We would like to thank Amanda Ryan for sharing the same dream, and we cant wait to see your Smoochin baby later this year!!

Charmed Cat is back showing!! She starts her classic / challenge year at Abilene Spectacular this week, we will keep you posted!

Bommette and Maneroo Megg have both been tested in foal for this year, Bomm has been bred to Peptos Stylish Oak (imp) and Megg to Hazelwood Conman.

The drafting and show season is about to start. Dakota Zulu Kissah will be competing in Senior Horse and Amateur events this year, and Spins Reignmaker will be drafted and try her hand at snaffle bit cutting!!

HUGE NEWS!!!!

Congrats to VS Check My Pulse - AQHA World Champion 2yr old Western Pleasure. This great filly is by One Hot Krymsun out of Vital Signs Are Good. It was a flawless run and a well deserved win! VSAG also had My Vital Valentine who was a finalist in the class - a first for a dam to have 2 progeny in the 2yr WP finals.

Even more exciting is we had a positive flush from Vitalsignsrblazing on Tuesday to One Hot Krymsun. Fingers crossed that it sticks, the resulting foal will be a 3/4 brother or sister to VS Check My Pulse.

VSAG has had a huge AQHA World show with her progeny. VS Code Red is in the finals of Jnr Western Riding (after winning prelims), VS Code Blue placed 10th in the Jnr Trail and is in the finals of the Jnr Western Pleasure and now with her first World Champion in the 2yr old WP. "Lucy" is also competing and has made the finals of Snr Western Riding (winning prelims) and Snr Western Pleasure, she also placed in the Performance Halter Mares and Snr Trail.

We have another foal!! Foolish Acres's recip mare El Court foaled a cute chestnut filly, "Cutie" is by AQHA World and Congress Champion Sire - Certain Potential. As her name suggest she is a real little cutie, with a cute nature to match - her 17hh "mum" is very protective of her little package!

Begonia (recip mare of One Moore Smarty) has come into the yards, this is the one foal we are very excited to see after the success of One Time Peptos progeny at last years NCHA Futurity. We have our fingers crossed for a healthy red roan filly!!!!

Congrats to Jo & Georgi Bartolo on purchasing Foolish Acres. Sweetie will be greatly missed around here, although Cutie seems to be taking after her mother!

EP Rey Chex has had a positive preg test to Sophisicated Catt, she is due next Sept. Vitalsignsrblazing was bred to One Hot Krymsun this week and Bommette was bred to Peptos Stylish Oak.

Maneroo Megg and One Moore Smarty will be bred to champion campdraft horse and sire Hazelwood Conman in December.

The AQHA World Show is on with Hallie's full brother VS Code Red winning the go rounds of the Jnr Western Riding. Her other siblings VS Check My Pulse, My Vital Valentine, The Vital Invitiation, VS Code Blue as well as her dam Vital Signs Are Good are also competing. We will post results as they happen.

We have foals!!! Yes after making us wait 2weeks past due date, Bommette foaled a lovely chestnut filly on the 16th October. Vanity (named in honour of her great grandsire TB sprint sensation Vain) was born. The same weekend her half sister Spins Reignmaker scored an 83 in the Condamine Bell novice draft - very impressive for her 4th draft!

Then 1 week later Prosperous Affair foaled a HUGE brown filly by Iron Age. We are so happy with this filly, it has been a dream to produce a purpose bred hunter horse and to finally have one is a dream come true. Littlestone Does It Iron will be retained and shown.

Charmed Cat made a return to the cutting pen after a 6month break, gaining a 216.5 and making the final of the Southern Derby in Mississippi. A huge thankyou to Sean Flynn for training her and looking after her so well!

At the All American QH Congress Hallie's FULL brother VS Code Red won the Jnr Western Riding and Green Western Riding. We are so blessed to have this wonderful mare, especially with her dam, full brother and half siblings doing so well on the world stage!

Next to foal is El Court carrying Foolish Acres x Certain Potential (who at the Congress sired the winner of the Snr WP, Amateur WP, All Age WP). At this stage she looks to be holding on, we await her to drop.

We have a new addition to the Deutscher family!! Wesley Robin was born 20th September in Chinchilla Hospital, weighing in at 8pd 8ounces. Many thanks to the Drs and nurses at Chinchilla Hospital, and to everyone who sent well wishes.

Abbeys Smart Tassa has been sold. Congratulations to her new owners Peter and Caroline Doonan from Townsville QLD.

We have 2 mares close by the foaling pen. Bommette is due 4th October to Brooksipep and Prosperous Affair is due 10th October to Iron Age. Pictures will be uploaded once born!

Spring is definatly in the air!! We have kelpie and rottweiler puppies!!! Please contact us if interested in any of the puppies!!

The drafting season continues. Abbeys Smart Tassa received a 5th place at Tara in maiden draft. Both Abbey and Sophie have a small break before Condamine and Chinchilla in October.

Breeding season is upon us. Vitalsignsrblazing, One Moore Smarty and EP Rey Chex are off to Equivet this weekend. Vitalsignsrblazing will have embryos collected from One Hot Krymsun (USA) and RL Best of Sudden (USA), we are very excited about these breedings as they have proven to be a successful cross with Hallie's dam Vital Signs Are Good.

One Moore Smarty will be bred to the amazing new import Tapt Dancing Cat (imp). Sired by High Brow Cat out of the super mare Tapt Twice, Tapt Dancing Cat has taken Australia by strom. We believe with TDC having the strongest mare line in the US and Smarty's dam line the strongest in Aus we are sure to have a superstar in the making! Smarty will also be bred to Australia's leading campdraft horse and sire Hazelwood Conman.

EP Rey Chex will be bred back to Sophisitcated Cat - her 2010 filly by Sophisticated Cat was the pick of the 10 foal crop. Sophisticated Cat sired the 2010 NCHA Futurity Champion Ducks Dux.

Goodluck to Hallie's full brother VS Code Red in the Jnr & Green Western Riding at the Congress. Also her half sister (by One Hot Krymsun) will be competing in the $250 000 2yr old masters at the Congress.

We have 3 mares in the foaling stables. Maneroo Megg is due 28th Sep to Dual Windstorm, followed closely by Bommette to Brooksipep (imp) and then Prosperous Affair due 10th Oct to Iron Age (USA). Please check back for details on the resulting foals!!!

What a start to the drafting season at Dalby!!! Spins Reignmaker (back in work for 3weeks after 4 month spell) won the Top Cut Out in the Maiden. Abbeys Smart Tassa made the finals of the Novice and Open Drafts - gaining an 8th place in the Open. They now get set for Bell draft in 2weeks time.

Breeding season is just around the corner, our first mare off to Equivet in September will be Vitalsignsrblazing. She will be bred to One Hot Krymsun, with the resulting foal being a 3/4 brother or sister to VS Check My Pulse who is competing in the 2yr old events at Congress and AQHA World Show. Hallie will also be bred to RL Best Of Sudden - Hallie already has a colt in the USA by this amazing stallion. Hallie's dam Vital Signs Are Good has 2 colts by RL Best of Sudden, VS Code Blue and My Vital Valentine, so we know that this cross works!!

Foaling season is nearly here, Maneroo Megg and Bommette are due end of September.

Thanks to all the people who called regarding Spin N Hectares, he has gone to a lovely home with Simone Dax!! We still have more horses for sale with the inclusion of Foolish Acres to the sale page.

The drafters are geared up for the start of the season with Dalby Draft next weekend.

Spins Reignmaker and Abbeys Smart Tassa have a few busy weekends ahead with drafts in Dalby, Tara, Bell, Dulacca before the big ones Condamine and Chinchilla!

Congrats to One Smart Playboy (Playboy Roy x One Moore Smarty) in gaining 4th place in the open at Toowoomba last weekend. The top 5 placings went to either One Moore Spin progeny or out of daughters by One Moore Spin.

Also a huge congrats to EP Kitty Cat (Sophisticated Cat x Elgrando Lauren H ) on her 4th placing in the Snaffle Bit Futurity at Toowoomba.

Foaling season is just around the corner. Maneroo Megg is the first due 28th September (Dual Windstorm) with Bommette due 3 days later (Brooksipep).

We have rottweiler puppies!!!!! Zhana & Bruno became the proud parents of 4 very cute babies last weekend, the 2 boys and 2 girls had a rough start but with the excellent help from Kevin at Chinchilla Vet are growing bigger by the day! Both Zhana and Bruno are registered Rottweilers and these puppies will be for sale. We will upload photos when there little eyes are open!

A huge congratulations to Carly on being selected for the Youth Trans Tasmin Team! She will be off to New Zealand in October, we wish her the best of luck. If you can help with sponsorship please let us know!

Charm is having a little break. Due to an EVH outbreak in the USA, all NCHA events have been cancelled, this included the Breeders Invitational. We hope that she will be back in the show pen very soon. Since she has been on a break we have managed to collect an embryo by the awesome Im Countin Chex. The resulting foal will be born next April. A huge thank you to Sean Flynn for all his help, Justin from Weatherford Equine in gaining the embryo on the first attempt and Manion Ranch for allowing us to breed to such a wonderful stallion.

There is a break in drafts for a while. Abbey, Rocky and Sophie will commence drafting again in August.

Goodluck to Vitalsignsrblazing's half sister in the 2yr old Masters, we will be cheering Reba on from Australia!! Hallie's full brother VS Code Red has stood to a full book of mares in the USA this year. Decisions are still being made as to who the lucky stallion will be this year for this awesome mare!!

We are very sorry for the lack of updates lately!! It is has been a very busy start to the year.Firstly we were stranded twice due to floods in Chinchilla, luckily our properties were spared any damage.

Firstly we would like to announce that the Deutscher family is expanding!! The new baby Deutscher is due 28 Septemeber 2011!

Hallie foaled a beautiful bay filly in January to Lazy Loper. Unfortunatly Lazy died at 2days of age to a suspect snake bite. We have been devestated by the loss, but we will keep our fingers crossed that we will be able to get a Lazy Loper in the future.

The breeding season is nearly at the end, we have had a succesful breeding season with most of our mares in foal. We are expecting foals from Dual Windstorm, Brooksipep, Iron Age, Certain Potential, Sophisticated Catt and lastly One Time Pepto. All these foals will be available for sale, so please call us with any enquiries. Vitalsignsrblazing is our last mare to be bred, she is being bred to Radical Rodder and we keep our fingers crossed for a filly!!

A big thankyou to Robyn and her team at Equivet Australia for all their hard work and dedication in getting our mares in foal this year, hopefully she is enjoying a well earned break and some sleep!!!

Charmed Cat is continuing her training / showing in the USA. After a break she commenced her showing at Tunica Futurity gaining a 215. She was shown last week in Weatherford and bought home a cheque!! She will now concentrate on the Super Stakes next week before the Breeders Invitational in May. She will have an embryo collected to Im Countin Checks after the Super Stakes.

The drafting season is underway, the girls have had amazing runs, already gaining a 6th and 7th placing at there first start in Chinchilla Feb 2011. They have been getting consistantly great scores, with hopefully a win around the corner!!

Dakota Zulu Kissah is home from a great show at Q11. She placed 4th in the open halter mares, 3rd in yth showmanship, 5th Youth Hunter and 4th in Youth Trail. Congrats to Carly and Annie on a great show! Annie will have some time off and will be bred to This Invitation (imp) this season.

All our 2010 fillies have been sold. We would like to thank all the people who enquired about these stunning fillies,and a huge thankyou to the new owners.We hope to see them out in a few years time.
